This is a great book to introduce the reader to the different types of cash flow sources. The book doesn’t go too much into the “nuts and bolts” of actually doing the business though. I guess it serves it purpose as an introductory text.

This book layouts the entire cashflow industry in a concise and easy to understand fashion. Larry is describing a business that capitalizes on the one thing that we are great at here in America, debt creation. The wealthy have known about this for years and have been making money with this information. This book outlines the foundations of this industry so that the “average Joe” can get involved and make money with it too. If you’ve heard anything about this business, I highly recommend this book for your reading and education in general about money and finance. Enjoy!
